About the Role
We are seeking female Filipino’s to support clients in the Australian Property Management and Owners Corporation sector. This is a full-time, permanent, work-from-home position based in the Philippines.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career in real estate support. No prior local real estate experience is required, though experience in real estate, property management, owners corporation or strata, administration, or customer service is a plus.
You will work closely with a dedicated Australian client while receiving structured training and ongoing support from the BLIR leadership and training team.
You must be able to work the below time shifts.
Philippine Time Shifts:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Property Management Virtual Assistant
- Manage day-to-day residential property operations and tenant/owner enquiries
- Coordinate inspections, prepare reports, and arrange safety/compliance checks (gas, smoke alarms, pool/spa, bushfire)
- Prepare leases, renewals, notices, breaches, and VCAT documentation
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and contractors
- Manage rent collection, arrears follow-ups, invoicing, and owner statements

Owners Corporation Virtual Assistant
- Manage financials: budgets, levies, invoicing, banking, and debt recovery
- Coordinate insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and claims
- Prepare and support AGM/SGM meetings, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Arrange property maintenance, inspections, quotes, and contractor works
- Act as a key contact for committees, owners, tenants, and service providers
- Support compliance with legislation, regulations, and Owners Corporation decisions

Requirements
- Female Filipino Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines
- No prior experience required; administration, real estate, property management, or Owners Corporation experience is an advantage
- Willingness to undergo hands-on training and continuously learn
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with online systems and communication tools
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently while following instructions
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and long-term commitment

- Desktop or laptop (minimum Intel Core i3 or equivalent)
- At least 8GB RAM and 256GB available storage
- Windows 10 or later
- Stable internet connection (50 Mbps or higher)
- Headset with noise-cancellation microphone
- Webcam for meetings and training
- Ability to install remote access and work-related applications
- Access to Microsoft Office, PDF editor, email, and communication tools (Outlook, Teams)
